BWCP are appointed by the Port of London Authority to develop a scheme for the relocation of their City HQ with boardroom, chairman’s office, control room for the Upper Thames and administration support. This design adds a teaching/exhibition/events room and a café with the best view in Europe; it has been developed in collaboration with Avery Associates Architects, the late Bryan Avery and Anthony Carlile.
