First residential development in Shoreditch now occupied

Our scheme in Curtain Road, South Shoreditch, was the first in the area to receive residential consent since the war. Of the 28 units now built and occupied, 11 are residential, the balance being live-and-work. The ground floor has an A3 permission for restaurant use. Built some time ago, but sadly dumbed down by the site purchaser.
